Spinal decompression
In addition to ordinary chiropractic treatment, the clinic offers spinal decompression – a technique where the spine is unloaded using a force vector working against gravity. The technique is more widely used in the United States than in Europe, and may be relevant for back and neck complaints that have persisted over time.
Pain related to the intervertebral discs often increases when compression in the spine rises – for example during prolonged sitting, when standing up, or while jogging. The aim of the treatment is to reduce that pressure. It is offered to patients between 18 and 65 years of age after an individual assessment.
